My story
Mind Matters grew from a change in my own life.
After an injury, I went through a difficult period. I struggled physically and mentally, lost my direction and knew something needed to change.
Fitness, self-development and taking practical steps helped me begin rebuilding. I became a qualified personal trainer and started Mind Matters to help other people make positive changes in their own lives.
That experience taught me to pay attention to the person behind the goal. Your work, your responsibilities and the way you feel about yourself all affect the plan you can realistically follow.
My role is to help you understand your next step and build a routine you can return to as life changes.

How I coach
Practical. Personal. Built around you.

What matters to me
Progress you can carry into everyday life.
Getting stronger matters. So does feeling more capable, showing up for yourself and making room for habits that support your wellbeing.
I value discipline, growth and a positive approach. In practice, that means taking responsibility for the next step, learning from setbacks and recognising progress along the way.
You’ll see the same approach in THE GAME: Gratitude, Affirmations, Meditation and Exercise.
