Stephen’s Story

After my injury, my life took a turn in the wrong direction. I was struggling physically, and more so mentally. I ended up hanging with the wrong crowd, started using drugs, and dragged myself through a life I hated. I felt completely lost.

That was the moment I started searching for ways to be happy. I found positive psychology and self-development, and realised we’re in control of our thoughts and how we feel. From there, I rebuilt my life from the ground up.

Now I use that experience to help others create real change, physically and mentally. I became a qualified personal trainer, and I also coach the mindset, discipline, and habits that rebuilt confidence in my life and created genuine happiness.
